How to book, availability & prices

For best prices, please contact Lesley directly, see the 'Contact' page for details. If you prefer to book online, then Seaways can also be booked through VRBO, but please note booking fees will apply.  

Booking policies:
Break duration and check in/out times: Between September and May, three night (Fri-Mon), four night (Mon-Fri) and seven night breaks are available. From June to August all breaks are seven nights, starting on a Saturday. Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Flexibility on booking duration and check in/out times may be possible depending on bookings. Please let us know if you have any special requirements.

Payment and cancellation policy: If booking directly with Lesley, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remainder due 8 weeks before your holiday. Payments are accepted by bank transfer. If cancelling more than eight weeks before your holiday, you will lose your deposit unless you rebook alternative dates. If cancelling less then eight weeks and more than four weeks before your holiday you will receive a 50% refund (less deposit). Cancellations made less than four weeks before your holiday will receive no refund.

Dogs:
We welcome well behaved dogs at Seaways. There is a £20 pet fee per dog, per visit. Please see our 'Dog' page for more information.
